This policy explains what Get More SEO (“Get More SEO”, “we”, “us”) collects, why, and what we do with it. We keep it practical.

What we collect

Information you submit through our forms — for example your name, email, phone number, business name, website, location, business model, goals, and budget when you request a free SEO plan, and your name, email, and message when you contact us.
Client account details if you become a client and use the portal, including the business information you provide and keep updated.
Payment information when you subscribe. Card details are collected and processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
Basic technical data such as your IP address and browser user-agent, used for security, spam prevention, and rate limiting.

How we use it

To prepare and discuss your free SEO plan and respond to your enquiries.
To provide, manage, and improve our services if you become a client.
To process payments and manage your subscription.
To protect our site from abuse, fraud, and spam.
To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Payments and subscriptions are handled by Stripe. When you check out, you interact with Stripe’s hosted, secure payment pages. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe’s own privacy policy and terms.

Cookies & sessions

We use a single, essential session cookie to keep you signed in to the client portal and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. This cookie is necessary for those features to work. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in future, we’ll update this policy.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate — such as our payment processor (Stripe) and email provider — and only as needed to deliver the service, or where required by law. These providers are bound to handle your data appropriately.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and client information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you. Email or message us and we’ll handle it promptly, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.
